GTD Projects With Viira

Projects allow you to group and manage related items. Viira's sophisticated organization system has built-in support for both projects and contexts. No special tricks like prefixing names with @ is required!

Viira's projects enable you to:

  • Add tasks, email tasks, appointments and reminders to any project.
  • Use the Quick Add field to add tasks quickly, one after the other.
  • Assign Next Actions and set the order of the items in your project.
  • Use Viira's shortcuts to create, delete and open any project item.
  • Flag frequently used or high-priority projects with a star.
  • (Touch screen models) Use the touch screen command buttons on the bottom.

Viira keeps an alphabetic list of all your projects. Starred projects always appear at the top.

Projects can contain tasks, appointments and email tasks. Shortcuts, Next Actions and task re-ording is enabled.
