We take the privacy rights of our customers and users very seriously. Whatever little personal information we gather we safeguard with utmost care. In general, we try to keep the data that we collect from our users to a minimum: the less of it we store, the less we have to worry about.

Software

Our software product Viira does not collect any personal information, nor does it automatically transmit any usage data back to our servers.

Payment Information

Our payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We do not collect or handle any personal financial information such as bank or credit card numbers ourselves.

Email addresses

We collect the email addresses of Viira users for the purposes of registration and authentication on our site. We will not use these emails to distribute any unsolicited information to our users nor will divulge those addresses to a third party.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous and aggregated form. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. We will not link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
