An essential component of Getting Things Done, contexts are a built-in capability in Viira and do not require special constructs or "hacks". You can tag a task in as many contexts as you find necessary.

View, organize and prioritize your day's tasks, commitments and reminders at a glance.

Perfect for the collection phase of GTD, the In-Basket allows you to quickly enter tasks one after the other. You can then file and organize these tasks at a later point. Viira's In-Basket displays all tasks that await to be processed, classified or completed.

Next actions are your high-priority, immediately actionably tasks. To help you quickly zero in on what is the next actionable task that requires your attention the Next Actions view displays all your next actions. Tasks flagged as next actions always appear at the top of any task list as well.

A powerful capability offered by few apps out there, Viira allows you to add an email to a task without leaving the app. All your email tasks are available from the Email Tasks view to help you organize and stay on top of your email communications.

Add a touch of CRM to your GTD system! Organize your communications and commitments with your contacts by linking a contact to any task. You can then quickly open the contact's detail later when needed - for a call, message or follow-up.

You can change the task order in any task list via drag-and-drop. Simply tap Edit and move tasks to their desired location.

You can add a reminder to any task. Reminders display in the Notifications area of your iPhone or iPad with convenient shortcut actions to Snooze or Mark As Completed.

Viira's Day View integrates with your device's calendar and displays all your appointments for a given day. You can also create new appointments directly from Viira's Day View, without leaving the app.

Viira for iOS syncs seamlessly over the cloud with all other Viira apps: the Viira Outlook Add-In, Viira Windows App, Viira for Android and Viira for BlackBerry 10. Syncs are always encrypted and transmitted securely between your device(s) and computer(s).

Add a star to important or frequently used projects or contexts. Starred projects and contexts always appear at the top in Projects and Contexts view, respectively.

All major views have a Quick Add field that lets you enter tasks quickly one after the other.

Pressing the + button on the first screeen (the Dashboard) lets you quickly create a task as well.

Unfinished tasks from previous days will appear in the Overdue Tasks area of your Day View.

An option to hide completed tasks helps you focus on what remains to be done.
