A: Yes. Viira is supported an all devices with BlackBerry OS 10.2 or higher, including the Q10, Q5, Z3, Z30 and the new BlackBerry Passport and Classic.

A: There are no feature differences between the free trial and the full verison. The free trial however has a limit on the number of items you can enter. The free trial also expires in 14 days.

A: Yes. Just download Viira and start using it. You can permanently opt out of the Viira Sync Service by going to Settings->Viira Sync Service.

A: Yes. You can permanently opt out of the Viira Sync Service by going to Settings->Viira Sync Service. To use Viira in standalone mode please make sure that you using the app called Viira and not Viira for MS Outlook, the latter is only intended for Cloud Sync use.

Q: How can I create an email-based task?

A: You can create an email task in two ways: directly from the Hub using Share or by using "Add Attachment" to add an email to an existing task. When in the Hub, select the email you would like to create a task out of. Select "Share" from the menu then select "Viira" from the list of apps. Viira will create a new email task for you.

To add an email to an existing task, first create the task then open it and click "Add Attachment". Select Email as the desired attachment. Viira will open your BlackBerry Hub and you can select the email you would like to associate with the newly created task.

With the Viira Outlook Add-In, you can double-click an email to open the email viewer. On the Viira tab (Outlook 2007 and later) you will see the "Create Viira Task" button. You can also right-click on an email in your Inbox or any other email folder and select "Create Viira Task" from the context menu.

A: Both apps are nearly identical and offer the exact same features. The only difference is that Viira can be used in standalone mode (BlackBerry only) whereas Viira for MS Outlook is meant to be used by those who want to use the Viira Cloud Sync service and sync with the Viira Outlook Add-In and the Viira PC App.

If you would like to use Viira on your BlackBerry 10 only (no cloud sync), the Viira app is the one for you. You can use the Viira Sync Service from both the Viira and Viira for MS Outlook apps.
